Cons

IBM ISL has poor management practices that create a toxic work culture. Employees are subjected to extreme work pressure disguised under the name of PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). Even high performers are forced into mandatory PIPs by unfair comparisons with others, making the environment stressful and demotivating.
