Great environment, projects suck.
Great environment, projects suck.
People are wonderful; managers are decent.
But there is a lack of people that are actually smart and want to teach you. Attach that to project finding: it's like applying for a real job every single time, and projects can be from 6 months to 5 years long. Then, if you sit on the bench too long, you're fired.
A lack of movement.
We need fewer people and more projects.
