IBM is very flexible and understanding of work hours. If I need to take off a little early for an appointment, it's no problem. They also allow us to work from home, and it's very low stress most of the time.
Sometimes it's hard to see what is coming over the horizon, so we lack foresight in many cases, making it difficult to plan for things.
Terrible experience. The hiring manager was arrogant and difficult to work with. She used creepy psychological tactics to make me feel uncomfortable, like silently staring me for almost 30 seconds between every single question before continuing on.
I had a technical interview with the team, which was standard. I spoke with three different managers and project managers over the phone. I spoke candidly about my experience and ambitions.
It was great. The 60-minute HackerRank interview presented a set of two questions. Both were easy, on par with LeetCode Easy questions. Thank you.
