There is only one round of tech interview by a manager. It looks like there is no formal process and/or policies in the company's scope, at least in Toronto. I did not experience an HR interview at all.

They made me feel comfortable before proceeding to the technical round. They were polite throughout the interview. They provided time to process the information, which helped me answer the questions in a better way.
