If you are fond of truth, then stay away from "big blue." They want more brown-nosers & saccharine socialites to fix their multi-billion problems, which they have tried to address by laying off SMEs and hiring cheap labor from India/China.

Locally/globally, IBM has been working on its image, but it's just the outside bit. The lobby, the cool colors, Watson, the fancy-pants new IBM building in NYC, the interns who look like they meant to go to a startup but somehow took a wrong turn – it's all dress-up. You will end up buying the same old bug-ridden stuff you always did.
This is one big, sick, blue elephant. Shame nobody can buy it or break it up into something of worth. Probably just better to shoot it at this stage.
