IBM

I have had a great time so far in my 1.5 years at IBM. This enterprise is undergoing a transformation to behave more like a small company. It is difficult, but I can see their progress. Some of the things I like are:

• Flexibility to work from home or on a different schedule.
• A lot of focus on developing your skills as a way to give better results and grow.
• High focus on looking for innovation ideas from everyone to help the company's transformation.
• Interesting projects to work on (but I guess this depends on the area where you land).

Too big, which sometimes makes it difficult to get to the right person, resource, or information. Far from the city, but the bus system is quite good.
