Great if you value WLB over monetary compensation
Great WLB balance: nobody counts your "office hours". You can start working later, exit during the day, and continue working in the evening from home. IBM currently asks for 3 days in the office, but most people arrive for half days and often only twice a week.
There are no bonuses, RSUs, or automatic salary raises. Salaries are not super high either.
