Communication is most important. That is what we have, and then we satisfy all queries and requirements.

It was an off-campus interview for freshers. The aptitude process was followed by an interview based on the resume. They asked me some presence-of-mind questions, like the advantages of a pen other than writing, and project-specific questions.

I got an online assessment from IBM and was given up to one or two weeks to complete it. I did it as soon as I could, but I would suggest anyone to take their time before taking the test!
