If you're loyal to management, the company is heaven. No one can ask you any questions. HR of the company is just for namesake. I really don't know the whole purpose of HR in IBM, just for rolling out offers?
There is a huge list which I cannot keep, but here are some:
- No hike once joined.
- No self-respect. A manager can shout at you on the floor, and you need to be just a puppet, even if it is not your fault. This is a kind of corporate jail company.
Soon you will be ruined if you continue to keep the same altitude.
