- The working hours are flexible.
- It is located outside of the city, hence there is not a lot of traffic.
- The team is very supportive, and the managers were also very helpful.
The software itself is 20+ years old. Hence, it is very complex to understand the architecture.
Most of the people working in the team are quite senior, and I was one of the few people in my 20s.
