Not the greatest experience, even at a big company
IBM is a big company that has a lot of financial support. The technologies used are good overall, and the pay is decent.
I really did not like how my call was rerouted to India because of my questions regarding United States benefits. I felt the outsourcing is a tad bit too high.
My biggest advice is simply that you need to really focus on your employees and how they can truly function in a big company.
