The company had a good managerial structure in terms of grouping and technical specialization. Every sector is given a specific project to do, and there's a tutor to guide interns through the whole process.
Though there was clear specialization in terms of tasks, I sometimes felt a lack of motivation, possibly due to the product made not being so rewarding.

Good. I applied 3 months back. Interview process took whole day. Cleared till technical round. Was told to leave after managerial. Didn't get an offer. Was very disappointing. Company is very nice to work.

It was a one-day process. The aptitude test was based on number series; refer to the previous year's papers. After that, there was a verbal test based on business mails and simple English. Finally, there was an HR interview with usual questions.
