Great company that is interested in growing your skills and developing large projects with far-reaching applications. Large company with many departments and great, local managers.
Does not communicate well from the top down. They will tell you everything is great and your department is profitable, then they will terminate your employment and offer no reasons. Very top-heavy company with poor upper management.
Be honest with your employees and treat them like adults. Don't just cut off 20+ years of experience in 1 week and push them out the door. You invested in training and experience; work to keep these employees.
