Potential, but lackluster
- Some grass-roots groups that want to push and use brand-new tech as it comes out.
- Small groups of 'dev' culture, with pizza/beer nights and hackathons, etc.
- Company still led by old-school suits. Style: tech.
- Culture is very old-fashioned. Suits look down on 'jeans-wearing' devs.
Be more open to modern tech practices if you want to retain and recruit top tech candidates. Otherwise, people will move on to more interesting working environments.
