Friendly Staff, High Workload
Great working environment due to the staff and the working space. Very friendly and productive workforce at IBM, which made it great for me.
With any job comes stress, and I felt sometimes the workload caused more stress than it should.
Although, if you like to throw yourself into your work, then this job is perfect.
Keep doing what you're doing, as it is clearly effective. Maybe management should consider a more man-management styled approach to the employees.
