Great work and life balance.
It's hard to move up in the company.
I received an interview offer two weeks after applying, which asked me to complete a HackerRank coding interview. The questions were pretty easy, and I got an email from a recruiter stating that a team would contact me for a follow-up interview. Aft
Very easy. The interview process involved three phone interviews: * Behavioral * Technical * Mixed These interviews were conducted with a team member, a first-line manager, and a second-line manager. There was also homework to develop an app
There is only one round of tech interview by a manager. It looks like there is no formal process and/or policies in the company's scope, at least in Toronto. I did not experience an HR interview at all.
