First, I got the OA, then a call with HR, then two technical interviews with the team. Overall, the technical interviews were okay. However, I didn’t expect a rejection after a good performance in the interviews.

It was a standard interview process used by a big MNC. Screening test, followed by a Personal Interview, and then a meeting with the HR team. This is the standard procedure for most MNCs and big services companies in India.

They administered a behavioral quiz that measures the time it takes to perform certain tasks, such as solving basic math problems and fitting shapes to compose larger shapes. No response was received after this.
