Received a coding challenge and general technical questions with Watson, not an actual employee. Questions were played then answer was recorded by camera immediately after. Quick response and positive experience despite no offer.

I had one interview, which was pretty straightforward. It included coding questions, design questions, and a resume deep dive. I had three interviewers, and they were asking questions one after the other. It felt like a firing round.

I was invited to an interview by an external HR company. Honestly, they didn't tell me anything about the position. I had a feeling that they were just collecting contacts, and IBM probably didn't even know about it at all.
