This was ridiculously easy. I had already completed a lengthy interview process as an Extreme Blue intern. My current boss called and offered me the position on the spot, without any technical questions.

One informal interview and two formal interviews. The formal interviews ask some technical questions about software design, etc. The people are very nice. They want to find a good candidate who can learn, not just has some skills.

First, speak with the recruiter. Then, there will be two interviews: one with the team and another with the manager. They are quick to respond and send offers. The first interview lasted an hour, and the second was 30 minutes.
