Great environment and a very flexible workplace
IBM is very flexible and allows remote work with no further questions whenever it is possible, especially if you are in a support role. Also, you are exposed to many technologies and IBM products and have the chance to interact with other teams.
The facilities are not as modern as you would expect from a multinational. There are not even free beverages such as tea and coffee. The workplace is made up of a much older crowd, so depending on your age, you might feel a bit left out.
