Some very good engineers work at IBM, who are often ignored by management. People have to show their work to get recognized in this company.
So many to begin with: a lack of enthusiasm on the technical and business side. People often do their job and go home, with no excitement. Frequent layoffs and a bad reputation for their cloud in the industry. Overall, a really bad company to work for. It was good back in the 1990s, but not anymore.
Coding interview with 2 questions. I never heard back after taking it. Overall, the coding wasn't that bad if you know basic programming and have done some LeetCode for practice.
The interview process started with an email that included a coding challenge to be completed within a given timeframe. This was a LeetCode-style coding challenge and was issued before any human contact. I am not sure if this is given to every candida
The interview is required. It consists of one OA (which is LeetCode), followed by two technical LeetCode rounds, and then a final behavioral round. It takes a while to hear a response.
