Bad big blue
Time wastage in Big Blue totally political. I'll never join again. All managers get big more packages. The rest of the employees get little, working 24/7. Very little pay, just like laborers. 13-14 hours work a day. No new technology to learn. No cab facility. Please, never join as a fresher on contract. It's my humble request.
Never join IBM. No learning new technology. No life balance.
No concern. Keep politics doing well.
