The interview lasted for a day. It contained both technical as well as HR rounds. I was selected for the interview after a phone call. The people were friendly; I think they love new ideas.

The first round was a cognitive assessment, which had four sections consisting of puzzles, basic math, and more. Then there were two technical rounds. Both were coding rounds of medium difficulty, consisting of programming questions, SQL, and more.

I was invited to an interview by an external HR company. Honestly, they didn't tell me anything about the position. I had a feeling that they were just collecting contacts, and IBM probably didn't even know about it at all.
