I had my online assessment, which consisted of two easy LeetCode questions. I received a different assessment for each job posting I applied to, but all were two easy LeetCode questions with 60 minutes to complete both.
Standard LeetCode hardware, plus a group interview. Nothing one wouldn't expect from IBM. The interviewer was very helpful in answering any queries I had regarding the question, but wasn't quite willing to divulge anything else.
