IBM

IBM came to the university for the Emerging Leaders program. I was interviewed on campus by an IBM representative and later called to their RTP campus for an onsite discussion. The discussion was primarily on my technical background.

The application process included an online application, a numerical test, and a video interview. An assessment center was also part of the process. A lot of competency-based questions were asked. Be prepared to present, explain, and give examples of

I only made it to the Opening Assessment and do not have any information to share regarding any other part of the application process. They sent the OA the day after I submitted.
