Sincere advice: do not work with IBM US with Kaiser Client.
The IBM management and team squeeze contractors' blood and show those hours as their productivity. They charge clients full hours and pay contractors pennies. They make you work like bonded labor 24/7 and pay you no overtime. No appreciation. They keep asking you to take furloughs very frequently. I had a torturous experience with one of the employers who is a full-time employee. The management believes whatever the full-time people say. They are blindfolded when it comes to concerns raised by contractors. I left the job due to this attitude.
When you charge a client on RFS, then have some sense to pay for the people working on those RFS-related projects.
The first round was telephonic, based on basic Java/J2EE concepts. In the second round, I was asked to write code. The interviewer also asked data structure, design pattern, and DB questions.
Very professional. Questions focused on past experience and ability with certain languages. Discussion covered company culture and the ability to succeed as part of the team. Overall, a fair interview.
Written, technical round, and then HR. After the written test, they took about 4 days to announce the result and then called me for the technical round. Then came the HR round.
