Great challenges and many opportunities for growth, and the ability to change careers within the company. Pay is good for those who started as experienced professionals.
Benefits were cut. Managers are incompetent, and performance means nothing when it comes to salary increases. Many layoffs recently, and long hours.
Pay top performers in order to retain them.
