The best people leave and go to more interesting companies/projects.
There's a total disconnect between performance reviews and reality.
It's basically impossible to get a raise or a decent bonus.
Greater effort needs to be made to recognize good employees and people who work hard, even if they aren't working on an external product. Realize that giving people a 1% bonus is probably worse than giving them nothing. It's very insulting, and you should be ashamed of yourselves, with as much money as this company makes.
