Refocus on what gave IBM a great reputation, instead of trying to ride its old reputation until the customers finally wake up.

Honestly, with so much moral daily punishment from the company and with how many people are left throughout all the sites, it makes it seem like the executives are soon going to be pushing the servers around themselves, since they laid off all the people that handled it before.
