Flexible work environment with great work/life balance. Management is generally reasonable, providing structure and guidance. People are capable, but not that many recent graduates.
Working with a remote team is typical and can be challenging. Management is at different time zones, which influences real-time decisions. There are too many processes to be efficient.
Not tons of opportunity for growth. Minimal salary increase for the last 3 years.
Focus on employee growth opportunities, otherwise the company will lose its star employees. As much as possible, use local management for teams and reduce bureaucratic processes.
Submitted resume, had on-campus interview, then a one-day visit to the company.
It was a great experience. Your interviewer will be looking to see that you meet the requirements of the role. Always explain to the interviewer what you are writing or typing during a code interview.
Smooth interview process, terrible recruiters though. Recruiters ghosted me for a month post the final interview. Did not even receive any feedback, despite the hiring manager giving a verbal offer in the final round. Extremely frustrating process
