The company did well to react to the pandemic and to working remotely.

Many great internal resources were available for employees to use (Udemy and their own internal catalog).

Good company culture and focus: 99% of coworkers I asked for help, whether I knew them or not, were very helpful and friendly.

Varies team to team, but the squad I was in was highly under-resourced, and getting extra resources was a long, drawn-out process.

Also varies team to team, but there was a lack of social events in my team, so meeting people and making friends was difficult.

Having said that about the above, I had friends in other squads that didn't have these issues.

Inter-squad communication could have been much better, with a lack of knowledge of what other teams are doing/implementing.
