IBM

Good interview. The process was quite difficult, but this is a good company to work for. It is a good MNC to work with. However, if you are not satisfied, you can change it.

It was a good experience with the aptitude test MCQ type and technical test with 2 programming questions. You can choose your preferred programming language, and it is timed and proctored.

It was an on-the-phone interview. The first half was describing the position to me, and the second half consisted of behavioral questions. Overall, it was a pretty standard interview, apart from me being unprepared to discuss technology trends.
