Great respect for research students. The team was welcoming and included me in brainstorming sessions for critical issues. I was assigned reasonably challenging responsibilities for an intern.
Reasonably out-of-date office workspace. Poorly equipped cafeteria.
Spend more on improving workspaces and facilities. How do the employees know that it's a new IBM if it looks the same as the old one?
