Software Developer
I was contacted by HR a week after submitting my application at the career fair. I was given two phone interviews by different members of the same team. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes.
Software Engineer
The interview was an automated online assessment where I had 45 minutes to answer two LeetCode-style questions. This was done on the HackerRank platform and had to be completed within seven days of receiving the email.

IBM normally only hires new college graduates from selected universities. If you are an experienced engineer, you need to have specialized skills or know somebody within to have a chance to get hired.
