The team was very helpful and listened to us in terms of allowing us to pursue the projects we wanted to pursue.
Somewhat inefficient scrum cycle, and the team didn't know the technologies we were assigned. Also, cross-team communication was pretty lacking.
Create easier channels for communication, and make sure to follow through on scrum improvement goals.
