Good team and flexible hybrid work culture. In-person office with good wellbeing opportunities, and everyone is willing to teach and help you. Interns are treated like actual employees; there are not many hierarchy/superiority issues there.
Low market salary at all paygrades, but flexibility and good work-life balance are big factors that improve this.
