I've been working for the past 3 years. They hired me for my good negotiation skills, but my salary has remained the same for all 3 years
Work-life balance is good.
Some projects provide a two-way cab facility.
Team outings and team dinners/lunches are held regularly.
No good hike; don't even expect a hike.
Management needs to work on their skills more than normalizing the salaries of juniors and seniors. They should provide hikes based on capability and work done.
