All is good until they ask you to retool because of lack of opportunities
Overall a good company to be in. But favoritism and/or cronyism is rampant. I guess any company you go to, you need to suck up to somebody to get preferential treatment.
People managers are sometimes disconnected from their direct reports. A manager who is upfront with their resources would have been better.
Take care of your homegrown talents to keep them.
