New Skills, Poor Management
Pros and cons depend upon the project. I had the chance to work on a domestic project. Though it was a new experience, I adapted to new skills and worked as Test Lead.
Management was poor, and domestic customers were not happy with their management skills. There was no Agile structure, nor a Waterfall structure.
