Base salary is decent. There are lots of learning opportunities as there is a large internal offering of training on solutions and industries.
Good benefits cover health, wellness, 401k, etc.
If you expect to earn a bonus, go somewhere else. Outside normal business hours, I delivered over 80k in extra revenue, and my bonus was under 2k. Don't fall for it; the money goes to the partners and higher-ups. Anything they give to you cannot go to them.
Kill the red tape. Take care of your people.
