Sometimes, due to chargeability, you're pushed to do some work you're not that skilled for and have to learn on your own at a fast pace. The chase for assignment projects is sometimes a nightmare, with executives removing you from opportunities without an explanation. Sometimes you may feel like an ant in a big ant farm if you don't build your eminence quickly and consistently. Be mindful that not all managers will allow you to have the power to influence some outcomes or ideas. You'll be capped by business numbers that create a barrier.
Listen to your employees beyond surveys. Surveys sometimes hide some blind spots, and senior management should be aware of what's challenging and not quite right.
