Only brand name. Try to avoid IBM India altogether. No facility, school-like attitude. People out there are trained not to think; just write on T-shirts.
No growth, not a penny grows as salary.
Funny company things, like putting 1000 managers and 2 developers on a project, can really solve a problem. Lot of old, snobbish people think they are IT architects, but if you are in a technical mess, they will NEVER show up. Managers are all lying.
Try thinking it is NOT your company; you just work here. You only have the badge, and that is why you call yourself an IBMer, nothing more.
