Hikes won't be there. Also gives hike beggars amount 3% or 4% (It works in the US. In India, every month prices will increase 10%).
Didn't give 2020 ESP. On top of only a 3% hike, worked 14 hours a day. Also, IBM claiming.
New joiners are unrealistic hikes. No hikes for internal.
Hikes are worst. Didn't give 2020 hikes (all service-based companies gave). 2021 hikes are just 3%. Not sure what the strategy of IBM is.
