- Team bonding is very good (birds of the same feather flock together).
- Very good certification program.
- Great values (at least on paper).
- Below-par salary for old-timers.
- Promotion criteria are carefully made not to promote anybody (even the worthy ones).
- Negligible yearly increment.
- Grow a spine!
- Learn to value your old employees; stop exploiting them!
- Give credit where credit is due.
- Discourage flattery.
