Amazing and supportive working culture
Supportive teams. They treat you as an ally. People are encouraged to decide their career growth plans and participate in activities relevant to their path. Really good mentorship program. The technology stack is very cutting edge. You can do many jobs in the company.
Strategy is not clear sometimes. Playbooks are used to define roles, but too many exceptions are allowed. Separate teams exist for different functions, but there is a lot of overlap as teams are not mutually exclusive.
