Flexible work options are the best on the market, really great for people with kids.
Great company with great vision and lots of talented people.
One year of IBM goes for about three years working for some internal IT department somewhere else, in my opinion.
Your manager almost does not have a say in your salary reviews.
Make IBM more personal. Connect to your people. Let the line managers have more freedom and budget to show appreciation to the people that earn money for IBM.
