All said and done, IBM is a good place to be
Great flexibility from being able to work from home. I definitely underappreciated that while I was there. Definitely not a micromanagement culture in my long experience there, which was brilliant. Solid salary is available with the right experience, and it is a great place to learn tech if you are a grad coming into the workforce.
Lots of complex internal processes, but it is understandable when the organisation has over 350,000 employees across the globe.
