Deteriorating morale, job insecurity due to frequent and large-scale layoffs.
Progressively emptying buildings with empty offices and rented-out offices to other companies are a constant reminder that the site appears to be being phased out.
Pervasive feeling of doom that increases each year.
No raises in the past several years, management unaware of what engineers are working on. Engineers compete against each other rather than work as a team.
