Unreasonable workload requests: prolonged working hours at night and on weekends; work-life balance is a joke.
Incompetent management: assigned tasks were only useful to his own career goals rather than meaningful to the company or employee development.
Constant layoffs.
Lower pay, terrible benefits, and the company does not respect its employees.
Short-sighted upper management.
There is basically no cure to this rotten management system.
