- Poor quality of 1st line management (could depend)
- Performance review process sucks
- Laughable bonus and (no) salary increase for years
Managers, stop playing favoritism and politics to manipulate your staff and secure your position. Instead, have some integrity and really care and look out for their interests.

Software Developer
Great overall. The questions were pretty hard, but they made sense for the position. The 1-hour time limit made it a little stressful, but I still managed to get through it without too much of a headache.
